Tony's 30 plus years of knowledge and experience in retail automotive service, parts and sales has given him a unique perspective in retail automotive challenges.  Tony is passionate about bringing fresh thinking to the dealership sales and service firing line. 

He recently coached, on behalf of Mazda USA, sales training on the service drive working shoulder-to-shoulder with the dealership service consultants.  Tony has also helped many automobile manufacturers meet their challenges by assessing business practices, identifying revenue growth opportunities and improving organizational practices.

Tony's recent experience visiting hundreds of dealerships in North American has taught him many of retails best and unheard practices, which has given him a unique perspective in today's retail automotive climate. 

Because of his innovative thinking and credibility he leaves behind sustainable processes, not laminated canned words.

Mark Mitcheltree has 20 years of retail fixed operations experience and 7 plus years working the manufacturer side with Mazda North American Operations. His retail experience covers every facet of fixed operations from parts to service and all administration responsibilities involved in both departments. He has garnered multiple awards for CSI and has been recognized for service accomplishments in warranty and market penetration by several manufacturers. During his retail career he turned around several failing fixed operations by increasing absorption ratios and grosses using forward thinking management and marketing techniques. He has also owned a successful outsource warranty processing, training, and fixed operations consulting business.

He worked in a number of retail operations in and around the Chicagoland area when in July of 2000 he was recruited by Mazda to join it’s newly acquired Midwest region. There he began as a district service and parts manager and quickly rose through the ranks gaining experience in market representation, dealer development, distribution and logistics, and for the past two years as technical operations manager. In that role he oversaw the technical, training, and warranty operations of the entire region. He was instrumental in launching a product information training module that was then rolled out to the rest of the country. He has delivered training and consultations in every metro and most rural areas of the Midwest.

Mark holds a Management degree from Purdue University and a Business and Economics degree from the prestigious Benedictine University in Lisle, IL. His background in both retail and wholesale provide him with a keen insight into dealer operations. He is a goal oriented team builder, a problem solver, and a great communicator. His extensive exposure to dealer operations make him a great candidate for any project.
