Performance Group, LLC, announced today that they successfully
retrieved two vehicles for their client.
Premier Performance Group is a talented Team of Retail & Factory
Automotive Industry Consultants and Trainers which consists of
strong and varied backgrounds with proven performance records. A
member of our team is a former FBI agent.
Premier Performance Group has direct experience working with and
alongside “At Risk” and/or “Out of Trust” dealers with Charter
One/Citizens Bank, KeyBank, HSBC, Ford Motor Credit, Nissan Motor
Acceptance Corporation, General Motors Acceptance Corporation,
American Honda Finance, BMW Financial Services and Chrysler Credit.
Premier also has the experience to function as Dealer Group and
Bank-Approved Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO), working side-by
side with banks and Dealer Principals in the restructuring of
out-of-trust dealerships, or those that need temporary management
status. We have also worked in Collateral Asset Management (Gate
Keeping, title and keys).
We have the proven ability to locate missing collateral (cars)
through diligent surveillance, as well as scouting, and retrieving
them through a replevin order.
This service ranges from a variety of photographs of the vehicles
(or other entities), locations of the entities, as well as selling
the retrieved vehicles on behalf of their clients.
